The Golf Club at Devils Tower and Devils Tower Golf Community are the legacy of two men who share a name and vision.
Inspired by the monument that has cast its shadow over generations of their family, James S. and Jim D. Neiman are icons of a new West. They carved a living from the land in logging and ranching in the Hulett area and then dreamed of a community that married the natural beauty of their home state with creature comforts.
"A few years back we decided Hulett could use a few things the big cities have. Mostly we’re proud of the things we don’t have – like air pollution, noise, traffic and endless acres of concrete,” Jim Neiman Sr. said. “But we did want a pro-quality golf course and an airport."
The Neimans now have built The Golf Club at Devils Tower and Golf Community into a golf enclave with a championship-level 18-hole course as its centerpiece.
"When we say, 'there’s no place like this on earth,' we think that’s a good thing," Jim Neiman Jr. said. "The only thing better is being one of the lucky folks who get to live out here."
Now, father and son are carving a legacy from this timeless landscape. Unlike most developers, they invest family pride in The Golf Club at Devils Tower and Hulett, its surrounding community. This is their family home. Make it yours.
